New Yoga Nidra practice

Thank you so much for taking a listen to today's podcast!  

This is the simplest form of yoga!  All you require is a space where you can lie down on your back in a comfortable position.   Make sure you won't be interrupted and settle down as comfortable as possible.  It is best not to feel hungry or full, as well as not to be under the influence of stimulants such as coffee, sugars, drugs or alcohol.
